This page explains how to permanently delete your account in Madani, the camel reproductive-management app by Madani Animal Health, and what happens to your data afterwards. You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app installed.
If you have already uninstalled the app, or prefer not to use it, email privacy@madanianimalhealth.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the phone number you used to register your Madani account. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and confirm by reply once the deletion is underway.
The following data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of your request:
Reproductive event records — matings, pregnancies, calvings, and test results — tied to animals in your former herd are retained in de-identified form: all linkage to you as the owner is stripped, and the records can no longer be traced back to you. This preserves the integrity of each animal's lifetime reproductive record on the platform and enables anonymized benchmarking analytics.
We do not retain personally identifiable information beyond the deletion window above, except where specific records must be kept for a limited period to meet legal or regulatory obligations.
